Member Terms of Service

These Member Terms of Service (“Member TOS”) are a supplement to our general Terms of Use and apply specifically to Printing TLDR Pro membership subscribers.

By subscribing to Pro membership, you agree to both our general Terms of Use and these Member-specific terms.

1. Pro Membership Overview

Pro membership is designed for DTF printing professionals who want comprehensive AI-powered tools and expert guidance to optimize their operations.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Available Plans

Pro membership is available in two subscription tiers:

• Monthly Plan: $49 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $490 per year, billed annually (equivalent to $40.83/month – save 17%)

Auto-Renewal

All Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days’ advance notice to active Pro members. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store complete credit card information on our servers
• You must provide accurate and current billing information
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• We will attempt to process payment again within 3-5 days
• You will receive email notification of the failed payment
• Your Pro access may be suspended until payment is successful
• Your subscription may be canceled if payment fails after multiple attempts

Taxes

Subscription prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes based on your location.

4. Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers:

• Eligible: First-time Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual)
• Window: Within 30 days of initial subscription purchase
• Process: Contact hello@printingtldr.com to request refund
• Refund: Full refund processed within 5-7 business days

No Refunds on Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. If you cancel after a renewal payment, you will retain Pro access until the end of your paid period, but no refund will be issued.

Partial Month/Year Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current paid period.

5. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your Pro membership at any time through:

• Your account dashboard on printingtldr.website
• Email request to hello@printingtldr.com
• Stripe billing portal (if available)

When Cancellation Takes Effect

• Cancellation stops future renewal charges
• You retain Pro access until the end of your current paid period
• No refund for the current billing period (except within 30-day guarantee window)
• Pro content access is revoked at the end of your paid period

Reactivation

You may reactivate your Pro membership at any time by subscribing again. Reactivations are treated as new subscriptions and billed accordingly. The 30-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to reactivations.

6. License and Access Rights

Personal, Non-Transferable License

Pro membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access Pro-exclusive content and tools
• Download Pro guides and resources for personal reference
• Use Pro tools in your DTF printing operations
• Use templates and prompts in your production workflow

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share credentials: Do not share your login or password with others
• Resell access: Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Pro content
• Commercial training: Do not use Pro content for commercial training or courses without permission
• Mass distribution: Do not share, post, or distribute Pro guides publicly
• Automated access: Do not use bots or automated tools to download content

Access Revocation

Upon cancellation or expiration of your Pro subscription:

• Access to Pro-exclusive content is immediately revoked
• You must stop using downloaded Pro materials
• You may retain work you created using Pro tools/prompts
• Access to free/public content remains available

7. Acceptable Use for Pro Members

In addition to our general Terms of Use, Pro members agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts to abuse the 30-day guarantee
• Share Pro credentials with team members, employees, or others
• Download entire guides for distribution or resale
• Use Pro content to create competing products or services
• Abuse priority support or submit frivolous requests
• Engage in chargebacks without first contacting us

Team/Business Accounts

If you need Pro access for multiple team members:

• Each team member must have their own individual Pro subscription
• Contact us for potential volume discounts (5+ subscriptions)
• Team or business licensing options may be available upon request

8. Content Updates and Changes

Regular Updates

Pro membership includes access to content updates:

• Guides are updated periodically to reflect new AI capabilities
• Prompt libraries are expanded with new production-tested prompts
• Tools are improved based on user feedback
• New Pro resources may be added

Content Removal

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or remove Pro content at our discretion
• Discontinue specific tools or features with notice
• Update guides to maintain accuracy and relevance

We will make reasonable efforts to notify Pro members of significant content changes.

9. Priority Support

What’s Included

Pro members receive priority email support:

• Faster response times (typically within 24 hours)
• Help with Pro tools and guides
• Technical assistance with content access
• Billing and subscription support

Support Limitations

Priority support does NOT include:

• One-on-one consulting or coaching
• Custom prompt creation services
• Equipment troubleshooting or repair
• Business strategy consulting
• Unlimited or instant responses

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Suspension

We may temporarily suspend your Pro access for:

• Failed payment or billing issues
• Suspected credential sharing
• Investigation of Terms violations
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

Immediate Termination

We may immediately terminate your Pro membership without refund for:

• Sharing login credentials
• Reselling or redistributing Pro content
• Abusing the refund policy
• Violating Terms of Use or Member TOS
• Fraudulent activity

Your Right to Terminate

You may cancel your membership at any time as described in Section 5 (Cancellation Policy).

11. Modifications to Member TOS

We may update these Member Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the “Last Updated” date
• We will notify active Pro members via email for significant changes
• Changes are effective immediately upon posting
• Continued use of Pro membership constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree to modified terms, you may cancel your membership.

12. Relationship to General Terms of Use

These Member Terms of Service supplement our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict between these Member TOS and our general Terms, these Member TOS take precedence for Pro membership matters.

All other provisions of our general Terms of Use remain in full effect, including:

• Disclaimers and warranties
• Limitation of liability
• Indemnification
• Dispute resolution
• Governing law (Sweden)
